Between 3 and 7 business days after you send us your business information. In the Founders Program, the support is direct with our team — we walk you through every step.
Each additional conversation is billed at $100 COP. You'll get automatic notifications at 80%, 100%, and 150% of your quota so there are no surprises. If your business grows consistently beyond the quota, we can talk about a tailored plan.
Yes. You can switch from Widget to WhatsApp, or to the Total Plan, at any time. The change applies to the next billing period. If you're in the Founders Program, upgrading keeps your founder discount on the new plan until the 6-month period ends.
At month 4, I'll reach out personally to review how your bot is performing and talk through your options. You can continue month to month at the regular price, or lock in an annual plan with a discount. If neither works for you, you can cancel without penalty before the new price takes effect. Always with 30 days notice.
No. We handle the configuration, installation, and training of the bot with your information. You just send us your documents, menus, FAQs — we do the rest. You then access a simple dashboard to view conversations and leads.
Yes. We use HTTPS for all communications, encryption of sensitive data, and comply with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 on data protection. We never sell or share information with third parties for commercial purposes. You can review the details in our Privacy Policy.
The bot is trained with the documents you provide: menus, catalogs, policies, FAQs. It responds only with that information. If someone asks something that isn't in your documents, it escalates the conversation to a human instead of making things up. You can also customize its tone and style from the dashboard.
Yes. You need a WhatsApp Business account linked to your business in Meta Business Manager. If you don't have one, during implementation we'll guide you step by step to create and connect it. The process takes approximately 20 minutes and we do it together. No technical knowledge required.
